Official Rules and Regulations

• Eligibility: The Paul Czan Real Estate Group Pine Peninsula Cottage Contest (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Paul Czan Real Estate Group and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• Contest Period: The Contest begins on April 10th and ends on May 5th, 2025. Entries submitted after the Contest Period will not be eligible.
• How to Enter: To enter the Contest, participants must submit the Google Form with accurate information or through social media by following the respective account on social media, liking the post, sharing post on your account story, and commenting on the post. Only one entry per person is allowed.
• Prize: One (1) winner will receive a 2-night stay for up to 6 people at the Pine Peninsula Cottage, June 6th and 7th, 2025 . The prize includes accommodation only and does not cover transportation or any other expenses. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other substitution. The winner will be responsible for any applicable taxes.
• Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will be conducted on May 6th, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• Notification: The winner will be notified via [email/phone/mail] within 3 days of the drawing date. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
• Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Paul Czan Real Estate Group the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• Release: By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Paul Czan Real Estate Group, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
• General Conditions: The Paul Czan Real Estate Group reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest. In such event, the Paul Czan Real Estate Group may award the prize from among the eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.
• Disputes: Any disputes arising under or related to the Contest shall be governed by Canadian Law, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
• Additional Conditions: By participating in the Contest, participants agree to also abide by the rules and conditions outlined in the Airbnb listing for the Pine Peninsula Cottage, which can be found at the following link: https://www.airbnb.ca/rooms/607230393276383121?guests=1&adults=1&s=67&unique_share_id=3531b049-d58d-46ee-bfaa-830763d4bee6
• Participants acknowledge that they have reviewed and understand the rules and conditions set forth in the Airbnb listing, and agree to comply with them during their stay at the Pine Peninsula Cottage, should they win the Contest. Failure to comply with the rules and conditions outlined in the Airbnb listing may result in disqualification from the Contest and forfeiture of the prize.
• Cottage Rules and Guidelines: 
• -Evening noise curfew at 11pm. No parties and please be respectful of neighbours. All noise travels on the lake. 
• -Locked cabinets contain our personal family belongings. Please do not open. -Please wash dishes and clean up after yourself prior to check out. 
• -Toilet and plumbing are on septic tank. Please do not flush or drain anything aside from toilet paper.
•  - In the summer we have a sprinkler installed with an automatic setting for 9am on some days. Please do not disconnect the sprinkler system. 
• - We do not advise to drink the tap water. Please bring your own potable water, additionally there is a water jug dispenser located in the cottage. 
• -Please do not smoke inside of the cottage or gazebo and dispose of your cigarette buds responsibly. 
• -Please use life jackets when using water equipment such as kayaks and paddle boards. Practice caution when using work out equipment. Please use at your own risk. 
• -No additional guests are allowed without notice. 
• -No pets are permitted at the cottage. 
• -No firewood is included. 
• -Please note: for the safety of our guests and the cottage, we have one security camera facing the driveway.

By participating in the Contest, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and Regulations and the decisions of the Paul Czan Real Estate Group, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
